Red Hot Gaming - $40,000 Madden Tournament

As the Production Coordinator for this two-day live esports event, I was tasked with overseeing the full broadcast operation that was streamed on Twitch. The tournament featured in-person competitors on stage and a live audience, requiring complex on-site coordination.
I built and configured the complete production environment, including a dedicated production PC with a custom StreamLabs scene collection tailored for the event and a caster booth setup for live commentators. Throughout the event, I led and managed a team of student producers, observers, and casters to deliver a smooth, professional broadcast experience.
